- Manages day-to-day accounting activities for allocated entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel, expenses, banking processes, property plant and equipment
- Ensures all assigned account reconciliations are prepared and reviewed accurately and submitted in line with corporate criteria
- Ensure all accounting transactions are properly documented by fully signed and final documents. Ensure the reconciliation between the bank transactions and legal documents and follow-up with legal team on discrepancies.
- Proceed with the execution of various transaction documents, follow-up with managers and legal representatives
- Running payment process
- In charge of the approval process of invoices and all related transactions
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies, Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Research and creates presentations
- Generate bank reports with weekly balances requested by Finance team.
- Act as internal auditor mandate in accordance with the law for Public Limited entities (ie. SA companies such as HB Reavis Holding SA and its subsidiary HB Reavis Investments Holding SA).
- Manages the monthly, quarterly and year end closing procedures to ensure timely IFRS reporting in accordance with corporate deadlines
- Ensures that tax and accounting practices comply with statutory requirements
- Supports with ad-hoc projects and other Management Controllership tasks as necessary
- Assists in quarterly balance sheet reviews and prepares variance analysis as necessary
- Understands key business models and month end tasks, proactively seeks to improve and simplify processes where necessary
- Deals with and provides information to external auditor (annual audits, transaction audits)
- Communicates with external tax and accounting advisors
- Ensure annual accounts and tax returns are filed in due time
- Manage the cash flow of the entities and assist senior colleagues in tax restructuring processes
- Assisting Directors and Managers with financial due diligence in the investment and divestment projects



  • Financial accountant with proven experience of 10+ years mainly in real estate industry such as office building, residential or hotel property companies
  • Experience with IFRS reporting


  • Finance or Business Administration bachelor degree and Master degree on Finance of Business Administration


  • Perfect command of English, basic command of German and basic command of at least another European Union language such as (Hungarian, Polish, Czech, Italian, Spanish)

  • ACCA member or in course of obtaining ACCA membership (ie. to have at least 6 exams passed or exempt)
  • Budgeting for revenue, expense and capital expenditure skills
