As our German activities are constantly growing, we are looking for a motivated Real Estate Analyst to join our team from September on. The Real Estate Analyst will play a vital role in the development of our activities around the fields of market research and transaction analytics.

Verantwortung

Analysis of the real estate market with a focus on Berlin and other major German cities

Tracking of key economic and infrastructure indicators relevant to the real estate industry

Collection and evaluation of relevant market data meant to support commercial decision making

Preparation of high-quality documents to present relevant market data to the management

Support in the identification of plots and development projects suitable for acquisition

Participation in the valuation of projects and the acquisition process

Preparation of investment proposals to be presented to the management together with the Investment Manager

Identification of relevant market stakeholders (owners, brokers, authorities) and introduction of HB Reavis to them

Coordination of internal board meetings on the investment management level

Support of internal project management processes

Development of an internal real estate database

Anforderungen

Erfahrung

Experience in real estate or construction industry through postgraduate work or internship is an advantage but not a must

Ausbildung

University Degree in business, real estate and/or engineering

Sprachen

Very good English and German written and oral communication skills
