Digital Marketing Manager for Nivy mall

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a person who will be able to manage digital communication channels and tools for Nivy. A person able to create online and social media strategy, segment data into personalized digital marketing communication, create and execute online campaigns all while promoting Nivy strategy. We are looking for a person with digital marketing experience, performance marketing, and commerce experience. English proficiency is necessary.


• Online communication channels management - Website, iOS and Android application (Ahoj Nivy!), Social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and Ads platforms.
• Marketing automation platform management, Bloomreach, (former Exponea) and orchestration of omni-channel communication.
• Analytics tools management and data operations in Google Analytics 4, Tableau, Hotjar, Luigi’s Box and more…
• Marketing and project management tools handling on daily basis – Zoomsphere, Zendesk, Asana, Figma, MapsPeople, GTM...
• Domains and hosting management
• Coordination and overseeing several digital marketing agencies and SaaS providers
• Communication with retailers and support their marketing activities through Nivy centrum digital communication channels
• Participation on all marketing activities and strategies of Nivy centrum and contributing from the digital perspective and marketing experience
• Administration of contracts and invoices from agencies, suppliers and providers
• Setting and fulfilling digital KPIs and delivering results ending in footfall generation, offline and online revenue
• Providing inputs during the completion of annual plan for marketing activities and strategy
• Driving commercial policy and implementation of Nivy centrum communication/business strategy through omni-channel
• GDPR and privacy governance including setup of consents and cookies and their management



  • Advanced experience with social media channels – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and social analytics/management tools knowledge
  • Soft experience with web development, web design and SEO, CMS systems (Wordpress or October CMS), HTML
  • Advanced experience with analytic tools – e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio, Hotjar, Luigi’s Box or so
  • Adequate knowledge of marketing digital tools like Zoomsphere, Asana, Figma and so.
  • Experience with any CDXP platform or marketing cloud such as Exponea, Adobe, Segment, Salesforce...
  • Focus on data collection, evaluation, interpretation and translation into personalized marketing activities, automation and campaigns.
  • Sense for numbers
  • Understanding and experience with PPC – Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Basic understanding of integrations and APIs
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro (Adobe Softwares)
  • Sense for numbers, budgeting and accounting


  • University education


  • Active and fluent English speaker
