Event Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event Manager whose mission will be to transform HB Reavis workspaces into vibrant, connected communities. Your role will be to deliver added value to our tenants through precisely organized events, thereby strengthening our position as a leader in workplace innovation.

What might appear on your to-do list?

  • Managing new programs and services provided to customers and tenants at the country, running pilots at selected properties.
  • Preparing events and programs plans for assigned property from research, contacting suppliers, creating campaigns for promotions to final execution followed by reporting phase. Ensuring the smooth end to end execution.
  • Monitoring customer and tenants needs and feedback and identifying new opportunities for additional services (bike-sharing, yoga lessons, cooking crash courses, etc.).
  • Participating on creation of events catalogue and searching for creative event ideas and client oriented services and execute them.
  • Contributing to the knowledge base of the Group in this area; recording lessons learned.
  • Co-creating & producing marketing and communications material – presentations, videos, printed materials, digital signage, content in the app & corporate website, communications strategy strengthening the client awareness of the value delivered through offerings.
  • Co-operating closely with other departments, such as country Property Management, Marketing and Leasing.
  • Responsibility for maximum efficiency of the provided events and manages event budgets.
  • Providing inputs and cooperating during the completion of the annual plan and budget for events and communication activities.
  • Organizing and supporting internal HB Reavis community-focused events (e.g., team buildings, employee well-being activities, cultural or seasonal gatherings) in cooperation with HR.

  • At least 2 years event management experience (agency background, local event market knowledge &suppliers)
  • Strong communication skills + representative spoken and written communication
  • Client Management and relationship building
  • Organizational skills and planning and plan tracking
  • Prioritizing & strong time management
  • Budget management
  • Fast reaction to changes – stress management and resilience
  • English language
