Facility Management Specialist

Purpose of the role

Manage Site-based Facility management services to ensure a sustainable, safe, clean and functional environment for tenants, co-workers, visitors, vendors and customers of a given premise.


Manage the onsite client and HB Reavis (Symbiosy) services to deliver agreed SLA and standards. Acting as HB Reavis primary technical support/representative on site.

Tendering, vendor selection, contract preparation, vendor coordination and regular evaluation of subcontractors´ performance quality.

Ensure comprehensive set of operating and project documentation, its subsequent updating, extension and archiving.

Active research, proposition and implementation of innovative solutions to increase the effectivity of operation and internal facility management processes

Increase satisfaction of user experience by ensuring the trouble-free routine operation.

Actively participate on resolving or proactively resolve reported incidents from incident management system, provide status updates of incidents and actively participate on resolving the issues.

Create, implement and actively manage annual OPEX and CAPEX Operational budget plans.



  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a multiservice Facilities Management organization, preferably in real estate developer sector
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in managing OPEX / CAPEX budgets
  • Experience in contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors


  • Academic degree/professional qualification in Facilities Management, Technical or Construction Engineering preferred.


  • Hungarian - fluent
  • English - fluent

  • Mechanical/electrical and technical knowledge, and practical experience, in all facility systems.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications and Computer Aided Facility Management or another FM software systems
  • Knowledge of drawing documentation
