The diversity of responsibilities is vast, involving anything from employee onboarding and recruitment through Hr system and payroll administration, benefits administration, compliance and exit procedures. That also includes cooperation in developmental activities, internal communication and other HR projects.
• Leading recruitment processes in cooperation with hiring Managers and HR Manager
• Preparing paperwork, scheduling and facilitating onboarding and exit processes
• Planning and organizing developmental activities
• Cooperating with PR & Marketing in internal communication activities
• HR administration (cooperation with payroll company, HR system, benefits and vacation system, medical check-ups and health and safety mandatory trainings, other employee-related issues)
• Active participation in other HR processes and projects
• Collecting HR metrics and preparing ad hoc reports based on data available
• Supporting audits and controls
