Purpose of the role

HB Reavis is an international workspace provider with an integrated development model. We deliver a premium product through high-quality base build, workspace and services addressing the needs and well-being of our clients. • Processing payments runs and performing bank reconciliations for all banks
• Processing expense claims and business trip claims and assigning codes in line with internal rules
• Recording invoices in accounting software and preparing batches for posting
• Resolving accounting queries with the creditors and reconciling respective account statements
• Assisting with VAT and CIS returns preparation for all entities
• Verifying items billed against items ordered and received and reconciling differences
• Dealing and collating data for compliance and external auditors (annual audits, transaction audits)
• Participating at monthly, quarterly and year end closings to ensure timely UK statutory and IFRS reporting in accordance with corporate deadlines
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal customers
• On time delivery of primary tasks – regular reports, reconciliations
• Delivery of ad-hoc tasks within reasonable deadlines agreed upfront



  • Knowledge of UK tax and statutory accounting regulations and some knowledge of IFRS


  • Studying towards ACA, ACCA etc.
