Legal Counsel

Purpose of the role

As a member of the Legal Department, you will support the real estate developer in any of all legal matters.

Responsibilities

Reviewing, drafting and negotiation of lease agreements.

Drafting and review of corporate documents, including resolutions, regulations and powers of attorneys, contacts with courts.

Supporting in wide range of real estate aspects of on-going projects.

Analysis of current legal changes concerning activities of HB Reavis Group.

Day-to-day legal assistance to HB Reavis companies.

Requirements

Experience

  • 5-6 years of work experience in a law firm or in a legal department on an in-house lawyer position.
  • Good knowledge and experience in negotiations of lease agreements and corporate matters is a must.

Education

  • Legal education from a recognized Polish law school.

Languages

  • Native Polish speaker and proficient in English including legal terminology.

  • High-level of professionalism and responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with local and internationally based project team members.
  • Attention to detail, diligence, ability to perform tasks independently.
