Marketing & Event Manager

Manage variety of tenant & community events and prepare marketing materials in company assets with the aim to deliver more value to the client’s and their employees, by monitoring the success of the activities and identifying the client needs building on group initiatives and adapting them to local environment.
Creates, plans, delivers and manages marketing & event programs and services provided to customers and tenants at the country, runs pilots at selected properties. Brings fresh ideas to the activity concepts in line with the brand, with focus on supporting tenant's turnover and footfall, and NPS factors.
Creates proposals of the annual strategy & budget for Event, Marketing & PR activities both on project and corporate level and controls the fulfillment of the strategy & budget.
Assess efficiency and results of completed activities, monitors customer and tenants needs and identifies opportunities for additional services.
Within pre-approved project and corporate marketing standards co-creates & produces marketing, communications, site-related marketing and sales materials & communications strategy strengthening the client awareness of the offering value, using 3rd party suppliers where appropriate.
Provides high-level supervision and communication of project events for tenants and community and supports the execution of such events with the Junior Event Manager. Together they ensure maximum efficiency of the provided events
Maintains articles of the corporate website and Corporate local social media sites (incl. Agora related sites) & cooperates with the group and country marketing teams in any corporate matters.
