Provides first level technical and process support to Procure to Pay systems, troubleshoots, analyzes, replicates and diagnoses issues in line with System Handbooks and Internal Rules.
• Provides first level support to end-users in line with System Handbook and Internal Rules
• Understands end-user needs, expectations and assist them using System Applications and draft new user cases as new potential requirements
• Tracks and documents the service desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken through to final resolution
• Escalates Tickets which need further investigation by 2nd (Module Owners)
• Conducts training to the databases users about the latest upgrades, changes and resolves any errors caused by the new system implementation.
• Updates training materials, standard operation procedures and manuals for internal and external software products
