Purpose of the role

Symbiosy provides the latest smart office technology that gives employees digital experiences for better wellbeing and performance in their working day thanks to smart workspaces solutions by HB Reavis.

Symbiosy Insights
Symbiosy Insights is a multi-tenant platform for analysis and visualization of workspace data. We collect data from multiple data sources such as the Building Management System, environmental sensors, occupancy sensors, outdoor air quality, traffic situation, booking systems, HR systems etc. Thanks to Insights, tenants and landlords achieve an excellent overview about space usage, energy consumption, collaboration among teams and much more. Which meeting rooms have the best air quality right now? How many employees are in the office during peak times? How much energy we consume for cooling and heating? Which departments organized the most meetings last month? Unique algorithms and real-time monitoring ensure that our development is more sustainable and brings our tenants the best user experience we could ever imagine.

Symbiosy Insights Product Manager
Symbiosy Insights Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with developers, sales and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.


Product design

You will define Symbiosy metrics and benchmarks for sustainability, energy usage, employee collaboration, organizational performance and other domains.

You will compare workspaces and organizations against benchmarks and recommend actions for C-level executives, workspace users, and facility managers.

You will contribute to the broader HB Reavis sustainability strategy and help to measure the progress towards company ESG goals.

You will produce wireframes, product visualizations and presentations for internal and external use in cooperation with UX/UI designer.

Product management

You will manage two product development streams in an agile way. You will use Jira to describe and prioritize product features, resolve issues and track progress during product development.

You will present the product to existing and potential clients and demonstrate product features during sales-pitches.

You will maintain and update product documentation and review project scope for new clients.

Discuss the needs of relevant business stakeholders, consider integration of new data sources.

Data analytics

You will be responsible for data analytics and extraction of key insights from large amounts of workspace data.

You are expected to produce, publish, and maintain PowerBI reports from workspace data, including the setup of data model and calculation of appropriate indicators.
