Tax Manager

Purpose of the role

The role of the Tax Manager is managing our UK HB Reavis tax operations, in particular M&A, tax planning and business structuring.


• Set up an effective & feasible investment and financing structures
• Enable transaction to happen in tax efficient manner
• Support other departments on day-to-day basis
• Bring innovation from the market and share knowledge
• Cooperate with and coordinating external service providers in fields of tax, legal and audit matters
• Perform tax risk analysis, identifying tax risks
• Participating on new tax related procedures and guidelines
• Monitor the UK and international legislation updates
• Manage the corporate tax responsibilities of the UK group (preparation of tax returns is outsourced)
• Tax support for the accounting department, legal department, acquisition department, leasing and asset management department (i.e. providing tax recommendations to the internal client applying understanding of the business, technical knowledge and research)



  • • Experience with project management and practical ability in leading particular tax projects
    • Tax / Finance based background and at least 6 years relevant work experience preferably within legal / tax international advisory firm or in-house


  • • Understanding of the UK and treaty tax law
