Purpose of the role

The HB Reavis Group is an international Workspace Provider developing, constructing, and managing commercial properties. The focus of the Group lies on the development of centrally located office projects with state-of-the-art sustainability and innovation standards. Further, with 7 offices in Europe and over 700 employees, HB Reavis is considered one of the leading commercial developers in Europe.

As our German activities are constantly growing, we are looking for a motivated student employee to support our team in market research and transaction activities from the earliest possible date on.
The role could be occupied either as a full-time internship position (at least 6 months) or as a long-term part-time position (at least 20h per week).


Collection and analysis of data relevant to the real estate market with a focus on Berlin and other major German cities

Collection of relevant economic, infrastructure and demographic data relevant to the real estate, construction, and sustainability industry

Analysis of news and activities in the real estate industry

Preparation of presentations using the analysed data to support internal decision-making

Support in every-day operational tasks

Identification of relevant market stakeholders (owners, brokers, authorities)

Support in the maintenance and development of internal real estate database



  • Enrolled student of a business, real estate or engineering degree


  • Good English and German written and oral communication skills
