Receptionist – concierge

Welcome and inform guest arriving to the buildings and deliver services that will help our clients’ employees to better balance their work and personal life.
• Welcome and inform guests; answer phone calls, receive messages verbally, in written or electronic format. Problem solving.
• Type, prepare, archive documents, manage courier, posting.
• Provide concierge services for the building users through the dedicated application with the involvement of our service providers.
• Complete the administration regarding the services we provide accurately and on time in the dedicated programs.
• Participate with the marketing team and event manager in the communication of services to our users.
• Communication with service providers, accountants, IT colleagues, and the colleagues responsible for the maintenance of the building.
