Cele stanowiska

In this role you will provide guidance for international development project teams during the business planning phase (concept design and planning) of the real estate projects. it includes support in successful start of the project, detailed time plan to achieve a set of deliverables. It also involves preparation for steering committees and Board approvals on project stages/ Business Plan.


Obowiązki

In terms of Business Planning:
• Ownership of the business planning process – setting standards, timelines and routines
• Guidance and cooperation with Project team members regarding business planning process
• Sanity check of Business Planning documents for steering committees and Board approvals
• Checking on compliance of the project’s progress with agreed business planning timeline

In terms of Project Governance:
• Monitoring project’s timing and progress, team alignment, responsibilities and cooperation
• Managing the Project Journey Workshops organization
• Managing the Development Meeting Days organization
• Participating in internal processes updates

In terms of Project Management
• Developing a detailed project plan, manage and track progress, report on the project status
• Stakeholder management, escalating to senior management as needed
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation


Oczekiwania

Doświadczenie

  • Very good knowledge and understanding of:
    • Project management principles
    • Planning phases in real estate development
    • Architectural, construction and design topics in development
    • International teams´ cooperation and communication

Języki obce

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • clear and pro-active communication with international project teams (UK, GER, PL, SK, CZ, HU)
    • understanding of the project teamwork
    • proactive issue solving
    • being able to challenge the teams and guiding them
    • systematic work with documents, systematic and time efficient work on planning of internal committees

    • good ability to keep good administration of documents and meeting minutes
