Cele stanowiska

Lead the substructures and structures project team and manage the supply chain to deliver this complex and key phase of the works on time, meeting cost and quality targets. Ensure safety targets and standards are maintained by delivering safety excellence and communicating safety with passion and credibility in order to inspire, motivate and lead the project team to achieve the vision.

Proactively manage all internal and external stakeholder relationship during delivery, including change and decision making to effectively manage expectations, and maintain long-term relationships. Utilise the principles of Lean Construction in the execution of the project, particularly lean visual daily management, collaborative planning and problem solving. Deliver projects to achieve HB Reavis objectives.

• Promote leadership qualities to all levels and encourage the development of individuals
• Providing project management skills to ensure that all contractual requirements are met
• Work in collaboration with interfacing works leadership to ensure coordination and continuity of works
• Identifying, assessing and managing safety, third party and environmental risks
• Ensuring project controls and reporting responsibilities are put in place
• Manage and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with all internal stakeholders
• Maintaining clear communication with key stakeholders
• Support the procurement management teams in administering subcontracts
• Ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources to achieve the project time and quality objectives at optimal cost
• Ensure performance targets, goals and objectives are achieved
• Optimizing resources to meet cost constraints and allocate appropriate supervisory resources as required by the site management team
• Identifying, assessing and managing business, community and environmental risks
