Úloha

Invoice Clerk is primarily responsible for day to day bookkeeping and invoicing and at the same time being able to explain and provide relevant information to internal and external customers.


Zodpovednosť

Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal customers and long term relationships with external customers.

Increases efficiency, effectiveness and quality of work – follows the role of “continuing improvement”.

Manages the complete monthly invoicing process in accordance with company and project procedures.

Obtains and collects all information needed to calculate invoices.

Checks contracts and resolves discrepancies.

Summarizes und updates all data from contracts in detailed tables.

Enters the input data in the invoicing system.

Issues invoices and sends them to customers through various channels.

Ensures all monthly activities are complete and accurate.

Provides reporting/spreadsheets as required and requested.


Požiadavky

Skúsenosti

  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting and invoicing.

Vzdelanie

  • A degree in finance or accounting

Jazyky

  • Fluent in English

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective organizational skills.
