• Collaboration with marketing and PR colleagues internationally (mainly in UK, Germany and Slovakia)
• HB Reavis group and local social media accounts maintenance and development (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
• Corporate and project website content management in WordPress
• Projects and products website development support for country teams
• Ad campaign creation, maintenance and reporting (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn)
• Regular work with web analytic tools and marketing clouds (Google Analytics, DataStudio, Hotjar, Zoomsphere, Exponea, etc.)
• Creation and deployment of digital campaigns and adjustment for local markets
• Management of employee communication and advocacy program (Sociabble platform) within HB Reavis footprint
• Daily coordination of digital agencies and communication with internal/external clients
• Monitoring and reporting the performance of all online communication channels and campaigns
• Fulfilling quarterly KPIs on the country and project level and making sure other countries fulfil them too
• Budgeting for campaigns and media buys and keeping advertising/boosting spend within the budgetary limits
• Keeping track of online activities in all countries and helping team members make the most of their efforts online
• Keeping an eye out for the latest digital and technology trends and bringing them into use and into our marketing mix
• Participation in the preparation of the annual online marketing budgets and KPIs for the countries with our footprint



  • • Proven work experience in social media and digital marketing, at least 2 years
    • A track record in a digital/marketing agency is welcome
    • Experience with content creation and management on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
    • Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads, etc.
    • Responsibility for online and social media channels performance management, including boosting into and targeting relevant audiences (mainly for UK, Germany and Slovakia)
    • Ability to work with web analytics tools and monitoring tools, social media management tools and marketing clouds such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, Zoomsphere, Social Bakers, etc.
    • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro (Adobe Software)
    • Analytical skills, a data driven approach and a deep understanding of online ecosystems
    • The capability to drive projects, both independently and collaboratively, and deliver results
    • A positive attitude, a proactive mindset, multitasking and organisational abilities
    • A detail and customer-oriented approach
    • Fluency in English, ability to work in multi-cultural teams and a willingness to travel when needed
    • Experience with web development, web design, CMS systems (WordPress) and SEO - advantage
    • Insights into app development (iOS and Android) - advantage
