Purpose of the role

The diversity of responsibilities is vast, involving anything from employee onboarding and recruitment through HR system and payroll administration, benefits administration, compliance and exit procedures. That also includes cooperation in developmental activities, internal communication and other HR projects.


Leading recruitment processes in cooperation with hiring Managers and HR Manager

Preparing paperwork, scheduling and facilitating onboarding and exit processes

HR administration (cooperation with payroll company, HR system, benefits and vacation system, medical check-ups and health and safety mandatory trainings, other employee-related issues)

Active participation in other HR processes and projects



  • First experience in HR related work


  • Degree in HR, business, or a related field


  • Good English level

Other Relevant Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Resourceful, proactive and problem-solving atitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
