Gdański Business Center wins Prime Property Prize 2014
Gdański Business Center in Warsaw, HB Reavis’s latest project in Poland, won the Prime Property Prize 2014 in the ‘Office Investment of the Year’ category. Both the contest’s Expert Committee and readers of propertynews.pl portal recognized the investment’s outstanding quality and features.
The Prime Property Prize Award Gala was held on 22 September in Warsaw, as part of the first day of the fourth edition of the Property Forum conference. The organizers, PTWP S.A. and editors of the Propertynews.pl portal handed the award to Stanislav Frnka, CEO of HB Reavis Poland.
– This Prime Property Prize award is a great honour to us, as well as an extra motivation to continue our work. This distinction proves that our commitment to best quality is indeed the way to go and that our projects are appreciated not only by representatives of our business, but also by the tenants. Although we have been present on the Polish market only for a few years, we have already joined the ranks of the most active developers in the commercial real estate sector. And we are determined to keep it this way – said Stanislav Frnka.
HB Reavis completed Gdański Business Center in July of this year. This modern A-class office building is located on the verge of two neighbouring districts of Śródmieście and Żoliborz and offers 46,500 sqm of GLA, which makes it the largest office project recently delivered in this part of the city. The perfect location near major communication hubs and numerous public transportation stops guarantees swift and easy access of employees commuting from various parts of Warsaw. KPMG and Provident have already chosen this new location for their company seats.
The criteria taken into consideration under the ‘Office Investment of the Year’ category included the project’s quality and innovativeness, completion time, commercialization process, pioneering solutions, architecture and the investment’s impact on the natural environment and the economy of the region. As proven by the votes cast by the Expert Committee and readers of the propertynews.pl portal, Gdański Business Center satisfies all these criteria to the fullest. The complex was developed with the most demanding tenants in mind.
The most advanced technological solutions were applied in the planning of this building – fast elevators, tilting windows and additional infrastructure, such as bike stands, showers or charging stations for electrical vehicles are just some of the available facilities. The ‘Green Energy’ and BREEM certificates additionally confirm that the building is environmentally friendly.
