Executive management

  • Marian Herman

    Group CEO

    Marian was appointed to the Group CEO position in March Marian was appointed to the Group CEO position in March 2018 after having served for 5 years as the Group CFO and as a member of the executive management since 2014. During this time, he also led Investment Management and Divestment at HB Reavis. Previously, he worked in London for RREEF, Deutsche Bank and ING Group. Marian holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the London Business School and in Financial Management from the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia.

  • Peter Pecnik

    Group CFO

    Peter Pecnik is HB Reavis’ CFO, as well as the Peter Pecnik is HB Reavis’ CFO, as well as the member of the Executive Management, being responsible i.a. for overseeing the team in Warsaw. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate and finance. A member of the HB Reavis Group team since 2008, he previously served as the Head of Corporate Finance and the Country CEO for Poland. Prior to joining HB Reavis, he worked at Deloitte, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Tatra Banka. Peter Pecnik is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava.

  • Peter Ceresnik

    Peter joined HB Reavis in 2016 as a Group Leasing Peter joined HB Reavis in 2016 as a Group Leasing Director and was responsible for the overall leasing strategy, overseeing teams in Bratislava, Prague, Warsaw, Budapest and London. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2017 and continues his contribution to delivering HB Reavis’ successful workspace solution service and co-working scheme. Peter is an MBA graduate of the University of New York in Prague and City University Bratislava, and has previous experience from IT sector where he held leadership positions as the General Manager at Exe, and Country Manager at both Microsoft and the SAS Institute.

  • Marcel Sedlak

    Germany CEO

    Marcel Sedlák is the CEO of HB Reavis Germany, responsible Marcel Sedlák is the CEO of HB Reavis Germany, responsible for establishing business opportunities in the country with the target of making HB Reavis a leader in workplace solutions. He joined HB Reavis in 2001 as Project Lawyer and later became Senior Lawyer providing full scope legal services to the company. In 2006 Marcel took over the role of Chief Investment Officer, leading HB Reavis’ successful expansion within CEE and the United Kingdom. In 2010, he joined the Board with responsibility for the company’s activities in Poland, Slovakia and new markets. Following his appointment as Germany CEO, Marcel moved out of his role on the Group Board of Directors. Marcel holds a master’s degree in law from the Comenius University in Bratislava and an Executive MBA from Vienna University / Carlson School of Management / University of Minnesota.

    Hungary CEO

    Shaped by 15 years of experience in international financial institutions, Shaped by 15 years of experience in international financial institutions, Robert joined HB Reavis nine (June 2011) years ago as Head of Operating Finance. His main tasks included planning and controlling, cash flow management, billing and accounting at both countries and group level. For the past two years as the Head of the HR Department, he has devoted his efforts to the development of the People Leadership Program and the HB Reavis Academy. In January 2020, he joined a 70 people-strong team in Hungary to embark on an exciting challenge in Budapest: the large-scale Agora Budapest project featuring community inclusion, smart solutions, and design to foster well-being and productivity.

    Slovakia CEO

    Rene joined HB Reavis in 2007 and the Polish team in Rene joined HB Reavis in 2007 and the Polish team in 2012 as Head of Development and was then appointed to the Board of HB Reavis Poland, playing an instrumental role in the company’s success in the country. Rene worked for real estate developer Saller Group and served as Property Manager of Galeria shopping centre in Kosice, Slovakia. Rene is a graduate of the University of Economy in Bratislava, Slovakia and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Economics.
