Apollo Nivy is just a few minutes’ walk from the new city centre and the modern bus station. It is home to important market players and brands, and you can literally feel the pulse of the business district. At the same time, behind the façade designed by London-based Make Architects, you can find a calm place to concentrate and perform.

Great space, great performance
Make Architects managed to use the land's potential to the maximum and created a building with the largest floor area in the region. Thanks to this, companies have room to grow and develop in the space in every direction.
CycleHub, CycleCoffee, CycleLife
Bicycle transportation will be given priority over cars. We will connect the building to the cycle path network with a new, safe cycle route. We are creating a welcoming space directly on the ground floor level for storing more than 200 bicycles. In addition, there will be a small service area, a bicycle wash and a cafe for you and your fellow cyclists right next to it.
