At Bloom Clerkenwell, completing later in 2021 next to Farringdon station, every aspect of the design has been tailored to improve the health and wellbeing of those who work there – and it shows. Our large, landscaped terraces are designed to be used year-round, creating a range of spaces to work and relax in to boost your mood and help to look after mental health at work. Whether that’s a morning yoga session on the communal terrace on the 7th floor or a meeting in the garden room on the 4th, Bloom provides flexibility throughout the day, helping to get the creative juices flowing.
It’s not just mental wellbeing, but also the physical wellbeing of employees that have been carefully considered. The in-house fitness studio will provide customised classes and workouts that can be instantly booked through the Bloom building app. Complete with hospitality inspired shower facilities, there’s no excuse for skipping a post-work exercise class. For the active commuter, there is seamless access from bike to desk with a specially designed entrance right off the Cycle Superhighway.
