Worship Square achieves prestigious WELL Platinum Certification, setting a new benchmark for workplace wellbeing
Worship Square, our flagship office project in central London, has once again raised the bar for health-focused workplace design. The building has been awarded the WELL Core Platinum certification, the highest level granted by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). This is in addition to its existing ratings and certifications, including EPC Rating A, BREEAM Outstanding, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Platinum, highlighting its commitment to excellence across environmental performance, digital connectivity and smart building technology.
A holistic approach to health and wellbeing
WELL certification takes a comprehensive view of the built environment, combining scientific research, operational protocols and design innovation. It evaluates everything from air and water quality to movement, mental wellbeing, materials and community engagement. Worship Square’s Platinum rating reflects a thoughtful, people-first design philosophy, with its features demonstrating that the building is not only functional but also a nurturing place where wellbeing is embedded in every detail.
Open air
Worship Square supports emotional health by encouraging outdoor working in green spaces. Enjoy Wi-Fi, comfortable seating and yoga classes on the rooftop – and do some therapeutic gardening to pick some fresh herbs and vegetables. When inside the lobby, the openable façade and air purifying plants keep you healthy. Worship Square’s emphasis on nature and biodiversity doesn’t end at the front door. Step into the Square itself to enjoy trees, shrubs and seating. The tree-lined Square, the green heart of the double height reception and the communal terrace, house over 3,200 plants from 90 NASA-approved air-purifying species.
Well fit
Worship Square has a fitness studio with a programme of events. Active commuters and exercisers can use health-club style changing facilities comprising 19 showers, 325 lockers, towel service, drying room and vanity units with hairdryers providing everything you need for your healthy lifestyle. Worship Square’s seamless street-level bike storage offers 325 spaces.

Designed for physical activity, visible staircases throughout the building motivate to reach your daily step-count while reducing the buildings lift usage.
Events
The building app gives you access to a curated programme of events designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing. From sound baths on the roof and yoga in the events space to local walking tours that encourage fresh air and movement, there’s something for everyone.
Lobby and café with a human touch
Our onsite Concierge team are always happy to help. Grab a coffee at the café in the green, biophilic lobby. Designed to be used, not just passed through – the lobby features Wi-Fi, music that changes throughout the day, circadian lighting, communal tables for meetings and can host events.
Breathe easy
Worship Square ensures high air quality, helping you feel and work better. Delivering 15 litres of fresh air per second, per person, Worship Square’s system keeps CO2 levels low to reduce tiredness, boosting focus and productivity. Where higher CO2 levels are detected, fresh air is delivered and indoor air quality is monitored through Kaiterra sensors measuring particle pollutants (PM2.5 and PM10), CO2, temperature and humidity. The building does not have any fossil fuels for day-to-day operation so zero NOx emissions are polluting the air.
See the light
Working in spaces with plenty of natural light keeps people alert and regulates sleep patterns. An optimal level of natural light and no glare is achieved with carefully designed windows, also giving leafy views of trees in the Square. Meanwhile, working in an environment free from noise pollution reduces stress and helps with focus, productivity and memory retention, achieved through a traffic-free public square and minimal HVAC noise.
Drink to think
Drink purified water from the water station outside the fitness studio and changing rooms, filtered and tested frequently meeting the highest standards for cleanliness, purity and taste.
Real time space analysis
View air-quality data for all common areas and check which spaces are in use at any time, allowing you to find somewhere quiet. The information also reveals space usage trends and how areas can be used more efficiently, controls the lighting and temperature as well as uses the app to optimise your working environment while gaining insights that help to reduce costs and carbon emissions.
