Nivy Tower among the top 10 office buildings in the world – one of a kind in Slovakia
Nivy Tower, the tallest office building in Slovakia, boasting an area of almost 32,000 square meters, and built and managed by HB Reavis, has officially joined the world’s building elite. In a survey* conducted by Leesman, a global company specialising in assessing the quality of working environments, the tower received a high score of 84.8 points out of 100 and secured a spot in the top ten highest-quality office buildings in the world.
Based on the evaluation, Nivy Tower has been awarded the Leesman+ certificate, which the London-based company awards solely to the very best workplaces. Only 21 companies worldwide hold the Leesman+ certificate, with office buildings in Milan and Amsterdam at the top of the list. In the top 10 office buildings worldwide, Nivy Tower proudly represents Slovakia, alongside with five other European buildings in this prestigious club.
Over 85 percent of respondents believe that their workspace supports productivity and wellbeing
The survey showed people working at Nivy Tower are very satisfied
- 90 percent of respondents consider Nivy Tower a pleasant place to work.
- 89 percent proudly bring visitors to their workplace, and as many as 92 percent believe that Nivy Tower positively influences the image of their company in the eyes of clients and potential job applicants. The evaluation was equally positive when in regards to the impact of environment on corporate culture and sustainability.
- 88 percent are convinced that their workplace supports their productivity.
- 86 percent agree that it has a positive impact on their wellbeing.
- An equally high percentage confirm that it also strengthens their sense of belonging within the community.

Leesman has been conducting surveys focused on the quality of the work environment continuously since 2010. During that time, they have collected data from more than two million employees at ten thousand workplaces in 122 countries, creating the largest database of comparative data on work experience in the world.

Wellbeing as part of the modern working environment
Numerous scientific studies confirm the importance of sufficient natural light and air quality for wellbeing at work. These factors, together with thermal comfort, were ranked among the top five factors determining the quality of the work environment in the Leesman survey. In each of these factors, Nivy Tower, part of the HB Reavis portfolio, scored above the Leesman+ global benchmark, which brings together the highest quality office spaces in the world.
At Nivy Tower:
- 89 percent of respondents expressed satisfaction with the amount of daylight, 76 percent rated air quality positively, and 72 percent of respondents were satisfied with the ability to adjust the temperature.
- Close behind in terms of importance were sufficient greenery and acoustics.
- In terms of services, in addition to Wi-Fi connectivity and cleanliness, users most appreciate security, dining options in the building, concierge services, and parking for cars and bicycles.
