Our building portfolio recognised as the world’s best for workplace experience by Leesman
We’ve just received the results of the independent Leesman workplace experience assessments carried out across seven of our projects. All seven schemes achieved the prestigious Leesman+ certification, making the full portfolio the best-performing globally under the Leesman methodology. In short, the findings confirm what we’ve always aimed for: to lead the way in creating exceptional work environments designed with wellbeing and productivity in mind where people genuinely enjoy working. These results apply to entire buildings, rather than individual offices, and we’re the first asset manager to take the assessment to this level, setting new benchmarks for landlords worldwide.
Curious how the research works and what our scores were? Here’s a closer look.
How people feel in the office has its global benchmark
Leesman is a global leader in assessing workplace experience. Through its independent workplace experience assessment, Leesman captures employee sentiments on how effectively their work environments support them, benchmarking these results against the Leesman Index (Lmi), a global database of over 1.5 million employee responses gathered since 2010.
Beyond being a strong market differentiator, the research gives managers actionable insights on how to further boost the workplace experience.

Varso Place
The high scorers
This year, we asked Leesman to carry out assessments in DSTRCT.Berlin in Germany, Forest and Varso Place in Poland, Nivy Tower, Apollo Nivy and Apollo Business Centre II in Slovakia, and Agora Budapest in Hungary.
What makes Leesman special is that they don’t just observe: they actually talk to people and gather real insights to build on. In total, the research team collected feedback from almost 3,000 respondents. The evaluation looks at which workplace activities employees consider most important, and how effectively the office supports them. They ask respondents to what extent they agree with statements like:
My workspace enables me to work productively.
It is an enjoyable environment to work in.
Working here has a positive impact on my overall wellbeing.
Here’s how our projects scored:
- Nivy Tower: 84.8 Lmi
- Apollo Nivy: 82.6 Lmi
- Varso Place: 80.7 Lmi
- DSTRCT. Berlin: 79.9 Lmi
- Agora Budapest: 78.6 Lmi
- Apollo Business Centre: 78.4 Lmi
- Forest: 73.3 Lmi
Nivy Tower (84.8 Lmi), Apollo Nivy (82.6 Lmi), and Varso Place (80.7 Lmi) achieved Leesman+ Outstanding certification, placing them among the world’s top 10 workplaces. With the entire assessed portfolio earning Leesman+ recognition, HB Reavis was confirmed as having the best-performing portfolio in the world to date in terms of workspace experience, based on Leesman’s measurements.
The outstanding workplace satisfaction has also been confirmed by HB Reavis’ occupiers. Wise, the global technology company based in Worship Square, opted for an individual office assessment and achieved 74.1 Lmi, making it the third highest-rated workspace for workplace experience in the UK.
Sharing knowledge and wellbeing are most appreciated
So, what did people appreciate the most about working in our buildings?
In Bratislava, we were thrilled to see how much people value teamwork and connection: over 80% of those working in Nivy Tower and Apollo Nivy said their offices support knowledge sharing and make them proud to welcome visitors.
And in Poland, employees in Varso Place highlighted how their work environment supports their wellbeing, with three-quarters of respondents saying their office helps them feel good day to day.
From insights to impact
The Leesman assessment is an excellent foundation for managers looking to strategically improve the workplace experience. For us, it’s a source of data-driven design and decision-making. We’re already thinking about how to put this year’s insights into practice.
Because creating a portfolio of exceptional workplaces that score great in global rankings isn’t a one-time achievement, it’s an ongoing journey.
Here’s to even higher Lmi scores next time!
