Global fashion brand takes 38th floor in Varso Tower
We’ve signed a 10-year lease agreement for the 38th floor of Varso Tower with an international fashion company.
With a number of brands in its stable, the tenant’s new space will be close to 1,700 sqm in size and, at 190m above ground, offer amazing views of the Warsaw skyline.
Designed by Foster + Partners, Varso Tower’s roof stands at 230m, with an additional spire reaching up to 310m – making it the tallest building in the EU. Once opened, two panoramic lifts travelling at 8m/s will lead visitors to a tree-filled public rooftop sky garden at 205m, and a panorama viewing deck at 230m.
The skyscraper puts sustainability first, with a design that reduces its carbon footprint and air pollution, while ensuring an abundance of natural light within the building. It also features a wealth of greenery: several dozen trees have been planted inside its spacious, mosaic-filled lobby, as well as the rooftop garden and street front.
More than half of the building’s 69,000 sqm office space has been leased prior to completion, with a roster of tenants including cloud company Box and law firms CMS and Greenberg Traurig to name but a few.
Varso Tower, located in the heart of Warsaw, is the final showpiece in our award-winning Varso Place mixed-use development – sitting proudly alongside offices, a hotel, an innovation hub, and retail units including restaurants, a fitness club, and a health centre.
The Tower’s quality has already been recognised by independent BREEAM and WELL auditors too.
