Construction Manager
This position acts as the key construction partner for tenants and internal teams, enabling smooth tenant onboarding and protecting building operations, quality and commercial performance.
What might appear on your to-do list?
- Preparation of feasibility studies for building reconstructions considering legal and technical constraints, cost implications, timing and building uptime.
- Management of all construction works related to onboarding of new tenants, including merging, splitting and reconfiguration of rental units within an operational building.
- Overseeing the construction process during project realization, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, budgets and approved project documentation.
- Acting as the primary construction contact for tenants during fit-out and reconstruction works, ensuring clear communication of scope, timelines, technical constraints and building regulations.
- Management of the tendering process for construction works and supplies, including coordination and control of contractors and suppliers and materials until project completion.
- Preparation of cost estimates and commercial offers for standard, above-standard and full fit-out works for internal and external clients.
- Performance of construction supervision on site, ensuring compliance with project documentation, safety regulations and internal standards.
- Managing cost allocation.
- Overseeing removal of defects, manages complaints related to completed works and ensures proper project documentation and cost settlement upon project completion.

- High school degree with major in civil engineering or higher level of education
- At least 3 years of professional work experience in the filed of construction or real estate development projects
- Previous experience with construction documentation or overseeing of construction completion are beneficial
- Ability to understand the process of construction, reconstruction, fit outs and coordination of multiple contractors is a job relevant skill
- Auto CAD and MS Office skills
- Proactive personality with a solution oriented mindset and a team player
- Strong communication skills
- English language on an upper intermediate level
