Agito.pl relocates to Gdański Business Center I
The online retailer Agito.pl is relocating its office in Warsaw. In June 2015, it will move into the Gdański Business Center I, an office complex situated in Warsaw’s Muranów district. The new tenant will occupy 2,500 sq m in building A, located immediately by the entrance to the Dworzec Gdański metro station. The scheme developed by HB Reavis Poland has thus reached a commercialization level of 80%. Agito.pl was represented in the negotiations by global real estate adviser Cushman & Wakefield.
Agito.pl is one of the biggest Polish online retailers. The company’s dynamic growth caused a demand for bigger business space. Agito.pl will occupy 2,500 sq m of office space across two floors in building A of Gdański Business Center I.
– Gdański Business Center is a project with a great development potential. Expansion works are already under way. Taking into account ambitious plans regarding the further growth of Agito.pl, we see that our company will have the opportunity to expand its office space and adapt it to its current needs and requirements – said Robert Marszałek, CFO at Agito.pl.
Gdański Business Center is a modern Grade A office complex located at the corner of Andersa and Inflancka streets, in the immediate vicinity of major transportation hubs. The first stage of the project was commissioned in June 2014, while the commencement of the second stage is planned for Q1 2016. The total leasable area for full development, once complete, is over 98,000 sq m. Stage one has achieved a “Very Good” BREEAM certification, while the second stage is targeting an “Excellent” rating for its sustainable design. Tenants include KPMG, SNC Lavalin, Provident, and Coloplast.
– Agito.pl was looking for a modern office building which was both environmentally friendly and located close to a metro line. The client also required that its new premises offered excellent facilities for cyclists, with easy cycling access to the chosen location. We are very happy that our recommendation to move to the Gdański Business Center was approved, having met these criteria – said Artur Sutor, Associate, Tenant Representation Manager at Cushman & Wakefield.
– We are very excited that another large and well-known company is joining us as a tenant at this fantastic business destination. Agito.pl fully appreciates the excellent location of Gdański Business Center as well as the cutting-edge technological solutions which have been implemented throughout the scheme. I have no doubt that the staff will also enjoy their new workplace and its unrivalled accessibility, as it’s easily reachable by both car and public transportation from any part of Warsaw – said Grzegorz Strutyński, Member of the Management Board and Commercial Director of HB Reavis Poland.
