Fashion, beauty and new tastes at Gdanski Business Center
International real estate developer HB Reavis welcomes beauty salon Eyebar and a showroom for women’s clothing brand, Sugarfree, to at its Gdanski Business Center, next to Dworzec Gdanski metro station. TAPAS gastrobar also joins, becoming the latest addition to the array of local eateries. The new tenants will complement the range of services available for professionals working at the new workspace complex and residents of the northern part of the Warsaw city centre district.
Warsaw’s first Eyebar opened in February 2016 at Postepu 14, in the business district of Sluzewiec, also developed by HB Reavis. Soon the beauty salon, which specialises in eyebrow shaping, will be available at Gdanski Business Center. Customers can expect top service by professional stylists in make-up, hair and nail styling while unwinding with a cup of coffee and listening to music.
Gdanski Business Center, one of the largest office complexes in Warsaw, was also the choice of the Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed company HubStyle. The owner of the clothing brand Sugarfree.pl, among other labels, will locate to its new office next spring, after opening a stationary showroom for this popular online store.
Finally, employees and guests of Gdanski Business Center, as well as local resident and visitors, will soon enjoy a new and affordable eatery, the Spanish TAPAS Gastrobar.
These new tenants will occupy nearly 1,140 sq m of space at Gdanski Business Center, including approximately 350 sq m of office space in Building A and almost 790 sq m of retail space in Building C.
“Gdanski Business Center is an open, dynamic and well connected multifunctional space that provides its users with first-class offices and amenities, including a wide range of restaurants as well as retail and service outlets. Eyebar, Sugarfree and TAPAS gastrobar are an excellent addition to the existing mix and will improve the offer and atmosphere of the place further” says Grzegorz Strutynski, Commercial Director and Board Member, HB Reavis Poland.
Gdanski Business Center features nearly 100,000 sq m of state-of-the-art A-class office space located in four buildings; in mid-September 2016, two of them (A and B) were sold by HB Reavis to Savills Investment Management acting on behalf of a global pension fund. The current tenants of the complex include such companies and institutions as KPMG, the Agricultural Property Agency, SNC Lavalin, Provident, WebInterpret, KMD, eMAG, BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. and the insurance group Aviva.
