HB Reavis’ Gdanski Business Center secures two new occupiers
HB Reavis has signed two new lease agreements for business space in its Gdański Business Center in the Muranów neighbourhood in Warsaw. Canadian company Guest-Tek will be moving into Building C before the summer, and accounting firm Tax Care S.A. will locate its new offices in Building B shortly afterwards.
Guest-Tek is a global leader in advanced solutions and web services for the hospitality industry. Established in Canada, the company has offices in 22 countries, providing services to over 3,900 hotels in 89 countries. The relocation to Gdański Business Center has been scheduled for late May – early June.
Michael Vargosko, Managing Director for Europe, Middle East & Africa at Guest-Tek said: ‘What sets Gdański Business Center apart from other Warsaw office buildings is its unique location and easy access to public transportation, which perfectly suit the needs of our agile company’.
Tax Care, the first and largest Polish nationwide accounting and financial consultancy network, will move to Gdański Business Center towards the end of June. The company provides services to small enterprises and offers complex consultancy in operation and development of businesses, combining accountancy with an on-line bookkeeping system.

The business center, which will eventually comprise four Grade A buildings covering approximately 100,000 sq m, is considered the best connected office complex in Warsaw, with unrivalled access to public transport. Gdański Business Center will be home to a number of prestigious companies and institutions, such as KPMG, the Agricultural Property Agency, KMD, Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. and Aviva.
