HB Reavis to showcase Gdanski Business Center and Twin City at this year’s EXPO REAL
HB Reavis will once again present its flagship development projects at the International Trade Fair for Real Estate and Investment, EXPO REAL 2015. During this event, held on 5-7 October in Munich, the developer will exhibit more than ten of its investments, including Gdański Business Center in Warsaw and the Twin City complex, now under construction in Bratislava.
In response to the prestige and prominence of the Munich fair, HB Reavis has prepared presentations of its investments across nearly all the markets in which it operates. Both stages of the cutting-edge Gdański Business Center have been included among its exhibited projects. This development, currently underway in the Warsaw district
of Muranów, will ultimately supply over 100 000 sq m of office space to the Polish market, and is considered the best located office building in the city. The first stage of this complex, comprising two buildings with a total area of nearly 48,000 sq m, has been almost 100% commercialized within the first year of its operation. The company expects completion of Gdański Business Center II in early 2016. The second stage of the investment will consist
of two buildings, up to nine storeys tall, offering a total of 51,800 sq m of Grade A business space. Advanced technological and eco-friendly solutions were employed throughout the design phase.
The dynamic development expertise of the Group in Slovakia will be demonstrated through the Twin City I investment, comprising three buildings with a combined area of 63,600 sq m. All the office buildings have been designed to meet the standards of the prestigious BREEAM certification having achieved an Excellent rating, which is a unique achievement in the Slovakian market. The final outcome promises to be a modern business district of Bratislava, brimming with attractive green areas designed for relaxation during work breaks.

HB Reavis Group, which ranks sixth in terms of size among commercial real estate developers in Europe, will also present its other projects from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the United Kingdom and Hungary. This year, the developer will showcase fifteen investments at Munich, including five already commissioned for use and ten in the construction or planning stages.
EXPO REAL is the largest European investment fair. This event has been running since 1998. Each edition fills 64 000 sq m with 1 500 exhibitors showcasing their projects, products and services. They include developers and investors, investment banks, consulting companies, banks and leasing funds, construction companies, architects, as well as representatives of municipal and regional authorities.
