Two new tenants in Konstruktorska Business Center
Two new tenants are moving into Konstruktorska Business Center. HB Reavis, the owner of the building, signed leases with Zdrofit Fitness Club and Bilans, a consulting and accounting firm. Together, they will take up 1,450 sq m of space on the ground floor.
– Having a fitness club as a tenant is consistent with our strategy of offering our office users amenities that correspond to the work-life balance principle. Tenants appreciate our infrastructure, e.g. bicycle stands, showers and green relaxation zones – said Karol Wyka, Senior Leasing Manager at HB Reavis. Zdrofit is a chain of fitness clubs operating in Warsaw and vicinity since 2005. At the moment, the company owns nine clubs, which not only have weight rooms, gyms for group classes and saunas, but also provide dietary consultations and programmes for senior people. It also organises active travel, offers company packages, and runs ‘Zdrofitowo’ – a website dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle. Zdrofit will take up approx. 1,000 sq m of space on the ground floor of Konstruktorska Business Center. The club will move into the building at the end of January 2015. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the tenant during the negotiations.
– The business part of Mokotów is expanding very fast. With an ever growing number of office buildings, the number of people working in this part of the city is also increasing. That is why we have decided to meet their needs and open our tenth club right here at Konstruktorska. Working out or taking group exercises right before or after work has become very popular, therefore we remain confident that this new club will attract numerous employees of Konstruktorska Business Center and other office buildings in the area – said Jakub Raniszewski, member of the Zdrofit Sp. z o.o. Management Board.
The other tenant is Bilans (www.bilans.eu), a consulting and accounting firm, which for more than 20 years has been providing comprehensive financial and accounting services to business entities. The company also offers a wide range of insurance products, payment monitoring and debt recovery services. Together with a partner law firm it also provides its clients with law and notary services. Bilans will take up 450 sq m of office space on the ground floor. In course of the negotiations the company was represented by Walter Herz.
– We have chosen Konstruktorska Business Center because of its excellent location and modern technological solutions, which will let us optimize our operating costs. We also like the idea of green relaxation zones and amenities for cyclists. We will be using them for sure – said Sławomir Kadłubowski, Business Manager at Bilans.
Konstruktorska Business Center offers 48,000 sq m of business area located on seven ground floors and 1,050 underground parking spaces. Tenants appreciate both the project’s functional and modern solutions that ensure flexible arrangement of space in line with their individual needs as well as numerous amenities meeting the work-life balance standards. The investment has already gained such prestigious tenants as Procter & Gamble, Żywiec Group, Otis, Carrier, Comperia.pl, IMS Health and MoneyGram.
