Forest to become home to companies with innovation at their hearts

AmeriGas, an international propane distributor, and confidential client from media research industry, have just signed a contracts for 5,700  sq m of our Forest development in Warsaw.

Lunch break under the trees

78,000 sq m in total, Forest’s campus-style building includes ground floor retail spaces and an adjacent 120-metre-tall tower. It will feature 200 trees and just as many shrubs within its public courtyard and rooftop terraces. It has also already been granted BREEAM Communities Certification, and WELL and BREEAM precertification’s.

The building boosts wellbeing through better air quality and fresh air supply, while energy-efficient windows will deliver plenty of daylight and comfort. Everyone based there will also enjoy easy access to nearby tram and bus stops, and both the Warszawa Powązki commuter rail and Dworzec Gdański metro station are both within a 10-minute walk.

Joining a team of strong brands

Perfect fo both corporate and creative businesses, Forest offers one of the CEE´s largest floor plates (8,000 sq m) and flexible office layouts. The current tenant roster also includes the DIY retailer Leroy Merlin, PUMA, Vorwerk, Sweco, healthcare operator Enel-med, Ala ma kota kindergarten, and Goraco Polecam bakery. The development, designed by HRA Architekci, and the surrounding streetscape regeneration will be completed by 2022.
