We’re proud to announce that we’ve received the Sustainable Finance Award from the International WELL Building Institute – IWBI – a major milestone in our mission to align finance with wellbeing and sustainability goals. 🏆
A significant part of this success was Worship Square, our net-zero development in London’s Shoreditch. It played a central role in securing one of our key sustainability-linked loans, thanks to its ambitious design, strong ESG KPIs, and its upcoming WELL Platinum certification.
As our Head of Sustainable Development Abhishek Parmar explains, the award highlights our approach to integrating WELL standards into our financial framework:
✔️ The highest level of WELL is now set as the baseline for all new projects.
✔️ Maintaining WELL certification for existing assets has become a core KPI.
✔️ Well-being is embedded into our overall financial strategy.
And to make the moment even more special — we had the honour of accepting the award in person at the WELL 2025 Regional Summit, hosted at our very own Varso Place in Warsaw.
