In relation to Article 17 of the Terms and Conditions of the bond Series A, HBR1117, ISIN: PLHBRVF00018 issued by HB REAVIS FINANCE PL Sp. z o.o. (“HBRF” or the “Issuer”), The Management Board of the Issuer hereby announces publishing of the consolidated annual audited financial statements of HB Reavis Holding S.a.r.l. (the “Suretyship Provider”), with the auditor’s opinion, for the financial year 2013 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. The Suretyship Provider is the parent company of HBRF.
