  Marcel Sedlak

  CEO, HB Reavis Investments

  Marcel is a member of our Executive Management and, since Marcel is a member of our Executive Management and, since June 2023, also our CEO of HB Reavis Investments. He has been with us for more than two decades. Before Marcel established our presence in Germany as CEO in 2017, he was involved, as Chief Investment Officer, in many of the company’s significant milestones, particularly entering new markets. He was also a member of Executive Management from 2010 to 2017, utilising his experience as a general counsel and a lawyer.

  Steven Skinner

  CEO, HB Reavis Developments

  Steven is the CEO of HB Reavis Developments. He joined

  Steven is the CEO of HB Reavis Developments. He joined the company in 2017 as a Transactional Director to establish and grow the UK business, leading teams across acquisitions, leasing, financing, asset management and marketing. In 2018, he became UK CEO with responsibility for delivering a significant pipeline of developments. Two years later, he was appointed to the Group Board, before being named Group CEO in 2023.

  Steven joined us from BNP Paribas, where he was a Managing Director in the Real Estate team.

  Matus Liptak

  Chief Operating Officer

  Appointed Chief Operating Officer in October 2022, Matus is responsible Appointed Chief Operating Officer in October 2022, Matus is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our asset management arm. He made his way to the top through consulting on the group's strategic projects and today, Matus and the team focus on ensuring operational excellence across the group’s portfolio, introducing innovative technologies and maximising the long-term value of the company’s assets. Matus came to HB Reavis from IBM, where he spent 14 years as a Program Manager, Business Transformation and IT Senior Manager, and Senior Manager of CIO Organisations.

  Tomas Krajcir

  Chief Financial Officer

  With 15 years of experience across Banking and Real Estate, With 15 years of experience across Banking and Real Estate, Tomas became our CFO in September 2023. He started his career at HB Reavis as Financial Controller in 2012. After six years, he was appointed Group Head of Financial Controlling and Treasury, deepening the expertise that led him to his current top-level management position. Before joining HB Reavis, Tomas worked at VUB Bank (Intesa Sanpaolo Group) as a Controlling Specialist between 2009 and 2011.
