Marketing Executive
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to lead and execute local content marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with the Group Marketing Team to implement marketing plans, manage external communications, and support our leasing initiatives in the Slovak market.
What might appear on your to-do list?
- Implementing group brand communications locally, ensuring alignment with local business needs
- Collaborating closely with the Group Marketing Team to ensure all local activities align with the broader strategic objectives
- Developing and managing marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs for local initiatives and projects based on their business objectives
- Leading and executing local content marketing strategies and activities in close cooperation with the PR agency
- Overseeing external communications by providing guidance and oversight on the creation of marketing/PR materials
- Participation on planning, organizing, and executing of B2B events as needed
- Providing marketing support to the Leasing team by developing targeted marketing materials that support leasing initiatives and enhance client engagement
- Implementing strategies designed to attract and retain clients and tenants within our properties
- Managing and updating content on project websites
- Searching for opportunities to collaborate with clients and tenants on joint marketing materials, such as case studies, pictures, videos, testimonials, and other client-focused content
Do you meet these criteria? You're already a strong candidate!
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B environment
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives at once
- Fluency in English and native proficiency in Slovak
- Decision-making skills with the ability to act independently
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- A strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering impactful marketing results
