West Station II offices already leased in 90%
The office building situated next to the Warszawa Zachodnia station attracted seven new tenants. Companies from the travel, insurance and HR industries will occupy a total of over 6,000 square metres in the building. West Station II is currently 90% leased.
West Station II has welcomed Amadeus (2,360 sq m), a provider of technology solutions for the travel industry, including travel agencies, hotels, carriers, car rentals and airports. JLL acted as a broker in the transaction.
The building is also popular with insurance companies. The INTER Polska Group has leased 1,470 sq m of space (advised by experts from Colliers International), while the office of the insurance search engine mfind.pl will occupy more than 300 sq m.
Tenants moving into West Station II also include HR firms, with almost 1,160 sq m of space leased by EWL Group (assisted by Brookfield) and 160 sq m by Nordstaff. The building will also become home to two IT companies: system integration and development provider Savangard (more than 300 sq m) and Link Group (300 sq m) outsourcing IT specialist. On top of that, Harper Hygienics became the new tenant of West Station I, occupying over 500 sq m.

This is one of Warsaw’s most popular buildings among clients, who want to have a perfectly accessible office near the Warsaw city centre. West Station II totals 38,000 sq m of office space. The building was put into operation in August 2017. Other tenants include Diebold Nixdorf, eTravel, Merck, Loan Me, LafargeHolcim, MoneyGram Payment Systems, Schréder and Urgo Polfa Lodz. Employees and visitors can already enjoy the restaurant Warsztat Kulinarny situated on the ground floor of the building. A Daft Cafe will open soon as well.
West Station was named the Best Office Development of 2017 in Poland three times, by judge panels at Eurobuild Awards and CIJ Awards as well as the Prime Property Prize. Designed by the FS&P Arcus studio, the complex is a joint venture by HB Reavis, PKP S.A. and Xcity Investment.
