- Development, testing, and optimization of AI prompts and agents for internal use across different departments.
- Collaboration with business units and end users to identify and design practical AI applications that improve workflows and efficiency.
- Translation of user needs into actionable AI solutions and support their implementation.
- Providing hands-on support, guidance, and basic training to colleagues adopting AI tools.
- Research of new AI trends, tools, and technologies relevant to HB Reavis’ operations.
- Documentation and sharing best practices in prompt engineering and AI solution design.

- Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field or Business studies (fresh graduates or ongoing studies – final years).
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation tools.
- Basic understanding of programming principles (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or similar) and of database systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — ability to work directly with users, understand their needs, and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Good command of English and Slovak language.
