Welcome to our new UK Head of Leasing
With continued success in the UK market and a growing team, we’re pleased to announce our new Head of Leasing – Peter Victor.
Joining the growing London team, Peter will be responsible for leasing activities of our current projects at Bloom Clerkenwell and proposed redevelopment of Elizabeth House, Waterloo alongside any future UK projects.
Before joining the team, Peter held senior positions at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE where he was responsible for cross-border leasing activities across the EMEA and US regions. Previously, he was Vice President for Boston Properties in the San Francisco Bay Area region, responsible for the leasing and marketing of the 3.5 million sq ft mixed-use asset, Embarcadero Center.
Peter has a shared strong focus towards our clients and users of the workspaces we create. He brings a global perspective to the role thanks to his 25 years experience advising occupiers, owners and developers of iconic, mixed-use assets in some of the world’s most dynamic markets, including San Francisco, New York, Paris and London.
Peter will be working closely with our leasing manager, Charlie Russell-Jones and the rest of our integrated team to ensure that we continue to build on our leasing momentum across our existing and future UK portfolio.
