Experienced experts join HB Reavis leasing team
Agnieszka Ciupak and Paweł Stankiewicz have joined the HB Reavis leasing team overlooking offices in Warsaw, both in the capacity of Senior Leasing Managers. The Polish HB Reavis leasing team is currently 12 people.
The HB Reavis office in Warsaw is responsible for leasing commercial space in state-of-the-art business complexes such as Gdanski Business Center, West Station and Postepu 14. Recently, the company has also launched the commercialisation process for one of the most spectacular projects in the history of the Polish real estate market, the Varso development in the heart of Warsaw.
Agnieszka Ciupak has over 18 years of working experience in commercial real estate, overseeing leasing operations in several major office and retail projects in Warsaw and other Polish cities. Before joining HB Reavis, she worked as Head of Office Leasing for Griffin Real Estate and Echo Investment S.A. Her previous roles include Head of Leasing at Globe Trade Center S.A. and Leasing Manager at UBM Polska. She graduated in international economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and economics from the Warsaw Private School of Business and Administration.
Paweł Stankiewicz has over 10 years of experience in leasing office spaces. Prior to joining HB Reavis he worked for Hochtief Development Poland as Senior Leasing Manager where he was responsible for leasing buildings within the company’s office portfolio. He graduated in law from the University of Białystok and did postgraduate studies in real estate brokerage at Kozminski University in Warsaw. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
