Gdański Business Center I is the first phase of an office complex developed by HB Reavis in Warsaw’s Muranów district. The investment completed in July, is located at the corner of Andersa and Inflancka Streets and offers 46,500 sq m being thus the biggest office project in this part of the city. The excellent location near important public transportation nodes, in close proximity to numerous bus and tram stops as well as to the Dworzec Gdański underground station, Warszawa Gdańska train station and the public bike system Veturilo station guarantees perfect communication not only with the city centre but also with other Warsaw districts.
Gdański Business Center I was created with the most discerning tenants in mind and boasts highly advanced technological solutions, such as modern, ecological lifts with non-standard cabin height (260 cm) that travel at the speed of 2.5 m/s, which allows employees to reach their destination floor 30% more quickly compared to traditional lifts. Other features offered by the building include bike stands, showers and charging stations for electrical vehicles. The investment holds a BREEAM certificate with “Very good” rating. The list of tenants includes KPMG, The Agricultural Property Agency (APA), SNC Lavalin, Provident and Coloplast.
In July 2014 HB Reavis launched the second phase of the project which will provide over 50,000 sq m of high-class office space. Upon completion, expected in the first quarter of 2016, the total leasable area of the complex (phases I and II) will exceed 98,000 sq m.
