Steven Skinner – our new CEO for the UK

Well, it didn’t take long for us to recognise the potential in Steven Skinner, our new UK CEO. He joined HB Reavis in April 2017 as a Director responsible for acquisitions, leasing, financing, asset management and marketing. Now in August 2018, he takes on the role of CEO. Steven will oversee ambitious plans across the UK market and will be responsible for the delivery of the current UK portfolio along with the strong director team on board.

Before joining us, Steven was Head of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s West End office. Having been included on numerous industry awards such as Estates Gazette’s young property person of the year and Property Week’s most influential property people under 40, Steven will bring a fresh approach to the role.
