INFOR PL will soon be reading their work under Forest’s trees

We’ve just leased 3,200 sq m of our Forest development to INFOR PL Group. Just a 10-minute walk from their current headquarters, the move is a significant upgrade.

INFOR PL Group owns the popular Dziennik Gazeta Prawna newspaper, as well as dziennik.pl, forsal.pl, and infor.pl. It also has a large portfolio of legal, accounting, civil service and HR periodicals – and is behind a mix of professional books, mobile apps, workshops, and conferences.

They chose Forest for its health, wellbeing, and productivity features. Anchored in sustainability and inspired by nature, we’ve ensured Forest’s user experience is driven by biophilic design.

It features 200 trees, and as just as many shrubs in its courtyard and on its rooftops. With a community farm, relaxation zones, and views of the lush plantings, the project has also regenerated the surrounding streetscape and created a new bike path.

HRA Architekci’s BREEAM and WELL-certified design harnesses several environmentally focused solutions to reduce Forest’s carbon footprint and maximise resources, including the re-use of rainwater. The buildings will provide better air quality and an above-standard fresh air supply, while energy-efficient windows deliver plenty of daylight and comfortable heat.
