New major tenant to move in Váci Corner Offices
Budapest, December 18, 2014 – HB Reavis Hungary signed a 5-year rental agreement with the Hungarian affiliate of leading credit management company Intrum Justitia. All departments of Intrum Justitia are set to relocate into the new office of nearly 2,400 square meters. During the transaction the tenant was represented by American Appraisal Hungary.
Located on 2327 square meters on the second floor of Váci Corner Offices, the office has a total of three terraces on 45 square meters, offering the new tenants full view of the surroundings of the building. To enhance the comfort of customers visiting the company, Intrum Justitia also rents a 71 square meter office space with direct access to Váci út on the ground floor of the office complex.
More than 200 associates and students will work in the office that occupies the entire second floor of the building. Located in the heart of Váci út office corridor immediately next to the Forgách street underground station in Budapest, the office building offers excellent accessibility for the associates of Intrum Justitia by public transport, by car and even by bicycle thanks to the nearby bike paths.
