Varso Tower will soon be home to Saint Gobain, the worldwide manufacturing leader
The teams of Saint Gobain Poland are in for an exciting autumn. We’ve just sealed the deal with the global frontrunner in sustainable and lightweight construction, granting them nearly 1,400 sq meters of our Varso Tower, the tallest building in the EU. Saint Gobain will move their Polish-Ukrainian headquarters to the tower within months, making the amazing views from the 28th floor part of their daily working routine.
Varso Tower meets the highest standards
There are many more benefits apart from the breathtaking vistas from the offices or two public observation decks the 10-year lease guarantees. Varso Tower is undoubtedly a project with exceptional architecture and interior design. Where else do you find handmade mosaics or trees in the lobby? However, it’s mostly a business hub and a workspace featuring top-notch well-being and productivity-boosting solutions that are advanced enough to support a world leader in their mission to build a more sustainable future.
The building is equipped with smart solutions allowing direct control of the indoor environment, such as individual room cooling or ventilation – nothing will stand in the way of a smooth and comfortable working day. There are fast and comfortable elevators and several types of office space to choose from, depending on activity. To cement the mission of building workspaces where people and businesses thrive, Varso Tower has been granted WELL and Building without Barriers certificates.
– Looking into the future with optimism, we decided to change the current office of the Saint-Gobain Group in Poland into one that will reflect our ambition: we want to make the world a better, more sustainable place. We carefully examined and considered the needs of our employees in Warsaw. In addition, we made sure that the selected building met high inclusive and environmental standards.

Great infrastructure to reach for the sky with sustainability
Sustainability is undoubtedly a bridging theme between us and Saint Gobain. We have designed Varso Tower so it will have minimal impact on the environment in the future. It’s equipped with smart technologies to reduce its carbon footprint, electricity consumption, and air pollution, and it has the highest BREEAM rating. Our goal has always been to support brands who make our projects their home in achieving their mission, like that of Saint Gobain: to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. Moving to Varso Tower is a fast track to fulfilling this goal.
Together for the perfect workspace
It is very exciting to have Saint Gobain join our business community in Warsaw. We have valued their high-quality materials for years and implemented their innovative solutions across our projects, and Varso Tower is no exception.
Therefore, the new offices have naturally turned into a stunning showroom showcasing all the advanced capabilities Saint Gobain brings to the construction industry, resulting in increased thermal insulation and maximum daylight, while reducing overheating or improving acoustic insulation. Additionally, there is increased fire safety due to the use of fire-resistant materials – such as fire-resistant glass in elevators or fire-resistant boards.
We’ve built a world-class workspace together that will support Saint Gobain’s business endeavours for years to come. We wish Saint Gobain’s team every success at their new business address and can’t wait to see how the story of our partnership develops after our paths intersect in a way we’ve never experienced before.
