Varso Tower wins three prestigious awards
This autumn was full of excellent awards for the skyscraper we developed and manage in central Warsaw. The tallest building in the European Union won three industry awards: a Eurobuild Award, a CEE Investment Award and a Pascal Award.
Varso Tower is popular among occupiers who value high-quality workspace designed with care for the people working there, their comfort and safety. A jury consisting of leaders of the real estate, construction and investment industries considered criteria such as a development’s commercial success, the quality of architecture and technical solutions, sustainable development, as well as the construction feats of the building.
The skyscraper designed by Foster + Partners was awarded the Eurobuild Awards 2023 prize for the best office building.
Varso Tower was also awarded “Office Building of the Year” at the 13th CEE Investment Awards gala organised by EuropaProperty.com.
Moreover, the HVAC systems in Varso Tower were given an award by the jury of the Pascal 2023 competition organised by the Polish Association of Ventilation, which is composed of academics from the Faculty of Building Installations, Hydrotechnics and Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.
These are even more awards for this mixed-use development by HB Reavis in central Warsaw. Varso Tower, the tallest building in the European Union, was recognised as the best office building in the following industry competitions: CEEQA 2023, Property Design Awards 2023 and Prime Property Prize 2022. Previously, the Eurobuild Awards 2020 prize was awarded to two Varso Place buildings designed by HRA Architekci, and they have also been given the title of an “Accessibility Leader” for their inclusivity.
We would like to thank the entire HB Reavis team, everyone involved in the design, construction work, cooperation with tenants, and now those responsible for the daily management of Varso Place as well.
