Late coupon payment (ISIN: PLHBRVF00026)

The Management Board of HB REAVIS FINANCE PL Sp. z o.o. hereby announces, that company has not transferred amount representing coupon payment on series B bonds (ISIN: PLHBRVF00026) on the last Interest Payment Date, i.e. 27 August 2014, to the correct account at KDPW S.A.. Repeated payment to the correct account in KDPW S.A. was made on 28 August 2014 with the same value date, as soon as was practically possible after the company learned about the fact, that respective amount was originally sent to incorrect account.

The Management Board apologizes for the situation and kindly asks holders of the series B bonds (ISIN: PLHBRVF00026) that were entitled to receive the payment at this Interest Payment Date to send their contact information to pl.finance@hbreavis.com.
