We have secured £106 million of green refinancing from HSBC UK 🎉

Worship Square has qualified for HSBC UK’s Real Estate Investment Green Loan, a testament to its exceptional sustainability achievements:

🌍 Fully net-zero project in both construction and operation
🏗️ 480 kgCO₂e/m² upfront carbon, >50% lower compared to the LETI 2020 baseline
⚡ Predicted base energy use intensity of 52 kWh/m²/year, 25% below UKGBC’s target for 2025-2030
🎖️ Achieved EPC Rating A, SmartScore Platinum and WiredScore Platinum & targeting BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and 5* NABERS rating
💡 Fully electric with high-efficiency air-source heat pumps, smart energy management and onsite photovoltaic cells
🌿 Circular economy including features such as our in-house wormery and 3,200 NASA-approved air purifying plants
🏅 Awarded Decarbonisation Project of the Year at this year’s GRI Awards Europe
